We intend to provide high-quality foods of Italy accessible to everyone, not only through sales but also by sharing their history, origin, and production process and promoting a complete awareness of what we eat and enjoy at reasonable rates.
While going beyond the traditional definition of a consumer, we propose the term “Prosumer,” referring to a person who is both a consumer and a producer of some of the goods they purchase.
