We offer you the freshness and goodness of a cheese made with (local) cow’s milk from the last milking to which walnuts have been added, guaranteeing a unique aroma and taste thanks to the sweet flavor they give.

Advice: the Cheese with Walnuts is excellent to be enjoyed with a slice of bread baked in wood or in your appetizers.
Together with the cheese compotes according to the Umbrian tradition.

Pairings: we advise you to combine it with a glass of Amelia Rosso Riserva D.O.C. or Trebbiano Toscano I.G.P.
