Tips: the truffle sauce with porcini mushrooms and black summer truffles can be spread on bruschetta, used with pasta, risotto and roast meats; also very good with eggs.

Ingredients: porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis and related group) 78%, extra virgin olive oil, summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 3%, salt, flavorings.
Storage: once opened, keep in the fridge for a short time.
