Description
The typical Umbrian Lombetto, also called Lonza or Lombo, is a specialty of the pork butchery tradition, in fact it is highly appreciated in every corner of Italy.
Firstly because it is a lean artisan product that suits many palates and secondly because it is truly exquisite.
The Lombetto is born from the processing of the noblest parts of the pig, that is the loins, and the quantity of fat present is very minimal, moreover, with the aging, its flavor becomes more and more pleasant.
Tips: the typical Umbrian Lombetto can be enjoyed together with cheese and homemade bread, we also suggest a glass of Montefalco Rosso D.O.C. or Amelia Rosso D.O.C.
