The Umbrian Norcina tradition invites us to know the Seasoned LiverWurst and its renowned flavor.

The Seasoned Liver Sausage involves the processing of the pork corata, then salt, pepper and garlic are added.

In order to obtain that pronounced taste that distinguishes it. the liver sausage has a medium-short seasoning.

Tips: Seasoned LiverWurst is best enjoyed with homemade bread and other local cured meats, even better if accompanied by a glass of Montefalco Rosso D.O.C. or Amelia Rosso D.O.C.
