Description
The Guanciale (Gota or Barbozzo) Seasoned with Pepper is a delicacy of the Umbrian tradition.
The Guanciale has a particularly pleasant portion of fat on the palate.
Suggestions: the Stagionato Pepe bacon is excellent for preparing sauces such as Amatriciana or carbonara, but it can also be cooked roast.
In combination we recommend a glass of Amelia Rosso D.O.C.
