Thanks to its properties, the cheese with goat’s milk is highly digestible and does not cause intestinal disorders, therefore it is also suitable for people intolerant to cheeses with cow’s milk.
Caprino is handcrafted in Umbria with local goat milk and is a fresh cheese, but at the same time creamy, tasty and with a low calorie content.
Tips: Caprino is delicious to be enjoyed with fresh bread, to add flavor to salads and to prepare cold pasta or savory pies; in combination we recommend a soft white wine such as Amelia Malvasia D.O.C. or the Amelia Rosato D.O.C.
