This cheese is produced in an artisanal way from Umbrian sheep’s milk.
The addition of fresh chilli will give that spicy taste that can be appreciated even by the most sensitive palates.
Tips: excellent to be enjoyed with an appetizer or in a more delicious way as an aperitif, but also as an ingredient for sandwiches and pizza.
In combination with a robust red wine such as Montefalco Rosso D.O.C., Montefalco Sagrantino D.O.C.G. or a Passito Wine.
Ingredients: sheep’s milk, rennet, salt, chilli.
Storage: to be stored at a max. 12 degrees.
